Likely same: Without knowing any details of what interventions you might have done (diet changes, over the counter medications taken, fluid intake) between Monday when you had fever and headache, and the following Sunday when you had mild diarrhea and a low grade fever, it's likely the same infection that is following its course, and should slowly resolve. Give it another fews weeks to resolve.

Enterovirus: You should not be on clindamycin for viral infection. The diarrhea may be enterovirous Working through the system or due to clindamycin causing GI flora disturbance & possible C. Diff colitis. Keep hydrating. TAlk to your doctor about discontinuing Clindamycin. May also benefit from probiotics and yogurt with live culture.
