Went to er 2 days ago for, cold chills, acid reflux,fever, headache, blood taken absolute neutrophils was a bit high, lymphocytes was a bit low, pa says i have viral infection, my fever seems to be going away but i have a lot of chill, this normal?

Nothing you posted is clearly worrisome or totally normal. What you mean by high or low is vague. If you were examined & they didn't find much on exam or the testing you probably had a minor illness that is resolving. Self monitor & if your pattern takes a turn for the worse go back in.

If you are getting better, let nature take its course. Drink enough water, fruit juice etc to stay hydrated and take it easy for a few days. Wish you good health!
