Not likely: While malignancy is always possible, given your age there are alternate diagnoses that are more likely to cause you these symptoms. Have you had a CT abdomen? How about being checked for hepatitis? Ultimately, you will need a gastroenterologist with consideration for an upper endoscopy to rule out gastric pathology.

Gastritis: These could be due to inflamation of stomach/gut lining. Have tried Prilosec otc? avoiding too much alcohol, excesively spicy foods, mint, coffee may also help

Unlikely: pancreatic cancer occurs in an older group. MRI or CT of the abdomen will not only show if there is a cancer but also if there are abnormal growths that have some risk of becoming one.(ultrasound is a pretty darn good test too). On the other hand, even without stress, about 1 in 3 people have non-specific gas-like symptoms in the abdomen. Diet changes or Proton pump inibitors can be helpful
