IBD: Wonder if this may be an inflammatory bowel condition or perhaps irritable bowel syndrome. Unfortunately with the symptoms you describe the list of what this could be is extensive. Sorry. Evaluation with an experienced gastroenterologist would be appropriate including possible upper endoscopy & colonoscopy. Sorry cannot be of much help. Best of luck. Dr R
