Need more info: It would be important to know your age. Black specks could be blood. Could be from bleeding somewhere in your colon or a hemorrhoid. It is concerning that you have pain & some constipation. Please see your family physician and see if he/she recommends a colonoscopy or some other test depending on your age & physical exam.
