Call MD: Could be due to constipation. It sounds like your daughter has already seen a gastroenterologist. I'd call him/her or your pediatrician since they know your child best.

FPIES: It is important to find out what foods are to be avoided. In the severe form there is vomiting, diarrhea and failure to thrive. I don't know about back pain. Could be the kidneys. Mild and soy proteins are the most common trigger foods. Rice, oats, chicken, peanuts, etc. can also be triggers. There are test such as ImmunoCap and skin tests to identify foods to avoid. Talk to you Dr about this
