See below: It depends on her activity during the time that the urine was collected. Vigorous activity increases the protein excreted in urine. That is a very modest increase in the amount of protein in urine. If a blood test of kidney function (serum creatinine) is normal, and she is otherwise normal, I would suggest doing nothing except repeating the test in 6 months.
