Hydration: She may not be getting enough fluids. Many children don't drink enough water to keep up with their activity level. Offer more water and check to see if the urine becomes more clear. Generally, if the child is drinking enough water, the urine should be clear all the time. If not, may need to see the doctor for further evaluation.
