Hello! Three red spots just appeared yesterday and I am afraid that this is Petechiae. I don't feel any other symptoms though... but I'm worrying that this might be a sign of Leukemia?

Would several normal CBCs rule out leukemia? Symptoms:petechiae (w/normal platelet count) and mild (not drenching) barely visible night sweats. Worry?
