If you mean: drinking alcohol then the infant will likely be born with serious developmental issues. Punching her abdomen sounds more like a symptom of a serious psychiatric disorder and combined with the alcohol doesn't bode well for a successful pregnancy. A physician needs to sort this one out quickly if you can convince your friend to see one soon,
