No clear answer: The original fetal alcohol syndrome cases were found in alcoholic women, many of whom died within a year of giving birth to alcohol related issues.We know alcohol breaks down to formaldehyde & that interferes with fetal development. Affects seem to be dose & time sensitive. As long as you've stopped exposing baby you've done what you can. The effect if any is likely to be minimal.
