Possibly: Anytime during a pregnancy, abdominal trauma is a risk for a spontaneous abortion(aka miscarriage). Please be careful and considering reviewing this your OB/GYN if this happens during your pregnancy, particularly if you happen to have any vaginal spotting(bleeding)!
