Watch her tonight: for any signs of sleepiness (out of the ordinary) any fussiness, vomiting or unusual behavior. She sounds fine as she did not get knocked out, was crying right away and was laughing soon after. If you have any concerns tonight, get her evaluated right away. Hope all goes well.

No: she should be fine, as long as she is crying and alert. Check for cuts and scrapes. If she vomits twice in the next 12 hours, go to the ER immediately.

No worries: If your daughter had no loss of consciousness, no confusion, no vomiting and no obvious open wound or deformity of her skull where the fan hit, then she should be fine. If you observe changes in her behavior or alertness, or vomiting, then take her to the ER to be evaluated. But it sounds like a very minor head injury if indeed it hit her head at all.
