Check Temperature: If your daughter has a fever, please see a physician right away. Continue to feed and keep her well hydrated. Nasal saline drops and gentle removal of the nasal mucus will help her to breath more easily.

The basics: The first months are troubled by their narrow nasal passages.Exposure to dust, fragrences, smoke & other irritants aggravates this.Baby tries to flush these out of the nose with mucous but this often ends as congestion & produces cough & sneezing. The best rx is washing out the nose with saline & suctioning the remainder. Eliminate irritants from babies environment & this will happen less.
