No tantrum : She could just be a shy child, as long as she has normal speech & develpment she indicated her needs & communicate with you & other, there is no problem. Good luck.

Agree with Dr. Ghattas. As socialization increases, eg., playgroups, preschool, there is more pressure for children to verbalize. If she has difficulties then, do share your concerns with pediatrician.
