See a doctor: Those symptoms might represent a urinary tract infection(which could be in your bladder or your kidney since you're sweating). Another consideration is blood sugar. Elevated blood sugar in diabetes can cause increased urination and dehydration. Check with your doctor right away, or go to an ER/urgent care to be evaluated.

Potentially serious: Excessive urination and excessive thirst can be signs of diabetes mellitus or diabetes insipidus (lack of vasopressin hormone from pituitary). This needs to be checked soon!
