Pregnant?: If you have unprotected sex you can become pregnant if the cervix is a little open or not. Wait until you miss your period, and have a pregnancy test done. Blood beta HCG s the most accurate.

Yes but read on: There is always a chance of pregnancy with sexual intercourse. Unlikely that your cervix is "open' after two years, but cervix does not need to be dilated for pregnancy to occur. Sperm "swim" in the fluids along through the cervix. When was the last time you had a Pap smear?
