A member asked:

If only a little bit of semen comes back out of your vagina after sex does it mean your cervix was open and you could become pregnant?

Effluvium siminis: It means nothing. It is a very common observation. It does not mean you could become pregnant and it does not mean you could not become pregnant.

Yes: If you have unprotected sex, you can always become pregnant. Whether there is ejaculate or not, whether your partner has an orgasm or not. You can become pregnant even if there was only one instance of penetration. The cervix doesn't need to be 'open' in order for you to get pregnant. There is semen in the pre-ejaculate, the sticky substance that comes out of the penis before a man ejaculates.
