Depends: If you have been exposed then your doctor can draw blood for tests that will show if you have contracted Toxoplasmosis. You can avoid exposure by not handling cat litter during your pregnancy.

Baby is neg too: Unless you are currently ill with active toxo infection, a negative test for toxo indicates that you have never been infected with the parasite. Your baby would not become infected unless you develop active infection during your pregnancy. Major sources of exposure are from cats and undercooked meat. Avoid changing cat litter box and wash your hands after contact with your cat to stay healthy.

No further testing: Hi, I'm assuming your doctor tested you for toxoplasmosis antibodies because you have a cat? Being non-immune to toxoplasmosis means that you have not been infected with this parasite previously and could get infected. Prevention is the best course so if you do have a cat then you should not change the litter while pregnant. No need to check the fetus if you a not infected! Good luck!
