See a doctor: This could be a viral illness, strep throat or something more. Without examining you it's impossible to accurately diagnose. It's less likely you have an abscess or something requiring surgical drainage if it's not painful to open your mouth or turn your neck, but there are potential serious complications from strep throat if it goes untreated. With symptoms going on this long, see a doctor.

Seasonal flu: is very common viral infection. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care in 7-14 days. Drink water and get a good rest. NSAIDs (e.g.Aleve) are also recommended every 6 hours. If concerned, see your PCP for reevaluation.
