Likely flu: This is most likely viral infection with meningeal inflammation. I would recommend going to Emergency Room, based on what I heard so far

Sounds viral: Your symptoms are typical of a viral syndrome. This can last 5-14 days. If you develop a cough, higher fever or shortness of breath, go to the doctor to be checked. In the meantime, ibuprofen, rest, honey/tea, heating pad.
