Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Two likely possibilities are viral infection, like herpes, or a mucocele from minor trauma. If the lesion persists beyond two weeks it would be prudent to see your doctor.
