Repeat blood HCG: Repeat the HCG test(pregnancy) with a quantitative blood test and if the value is rising over time, it is a new pregnancy. If it is falling, it was the old pregnancy HCG still in your system.

Pregnancy: With the timeline given (and not knowing how far along you were when the miscarriage happened) it is not possible to give a definitive answer to the question. A reasonable course of action would be to have your doctor due quantitative HCG testing 48 hours apart in order to see if your levels are rising (pregnancy) or not (residual from the miscarriage). Best wishes.
