This morning i noticed something like a pimple on my chin.. that doesn't look like a pimple though and it hurts even to talk. what could it be?

Deeper infection?: It could be a deeper inflammation or infection of a skin structure such as a hair follicle or specialized oil or sweat gland. These are often larger and deeper feeling than a pimple and can feel firm or hard. If under chin (under jaw line) it could be a lymph node. If on front facing surface of chin, it is more likely a deeper skin infection Don't squeeze or pick it. If gets worse,see doctor

Chin: may be an infected sebaceous cyst. Try warm compresses and an OTC antibiotic ointment like bacitracin ( if you have no allergies) but if its not better in a day see a dermatologist

Hard to say...: Without being able to see the lesion you are talking about it is impossible to say what it is. I would recommend that you have it seen by a physician so that they can give you a proper diagnosis and treatment (if any is necessary)
