Allergies?: It might be a tic. Any other motor movements? It could also be a sign of allergies. How long has this been going on? Does she have nasal congestion, sneezing? I would follow with pediatrician

Post nasal drip: It could be either post nasal drip from allergies or a chronic adenoid infection. It can also be acid reflux. Talk to your pediatrician about the possibility of both of these and what steps you can take to time these things out. An ENT visit would be helpful.
