My 7 month old daughter is making a sound like shes either trying to clear her throat or something is tickling her throat, should i be worried? what can i do to stop that?

Infants do not have the training to know what sounds bother you or not & most make random squeaks/groans/pops and the like that have no particular meaning. If the kid feeds well, plays and otherwise acts normal leave them alone. If what is happening troubles you have the kid evaluated.

These repetitive noises are fairly common. Would see your doctor if she had any other unusual symptoms (e.g. Fever, cough, etc). Otherwise it's likely normal. I would discuss with pediatrician if still going on at next well child visit.
