Drinking?: You don't mean drinking alcohol, do you? Do you drink a lot of water (or other fluids) before going to bed, and then have to urinate often at night, but do not have excessive thirst and frequent urination during the day? If so, just don't drink after dinner. Also avoid tea or caffeine-coontaining drink and soda, that makes you urinate more. If you feel sick and drink and pee a lot, get checked!

Nocturia drinking: Nocturia can be caused by excessive drinking (I am talking water not alcohol. And will stop immediately if you drink less. I recommend drinking only when thirsty.
