I have what looks like a dark vein on my perineum and it has a bubble on it. what could this be? it's painful to touch and is hard

Painful vein: Small blood clots in superficial blood vessels can cause pain when touched. They are not dangerous, and the clot will usually dissolve in a few days at most. Hot baths are helpful, and can stimulate local circulation which can speed the resolution of the clot.
