Possibly: It's possible that a pregnancy test could be positive. You need to check with your MD. He or she will likely check blood levels to confirm.

Pregnancy positive ?: The "trigger shot:" induces ovulation, but it consists of a hormone which will test positive for pregnancy, so while you may be pregnant, the pregnancy will not test positive so quickly, and the test probably represents the hormone in the trigger shot, not a pregnancy. Wait two weeks and test again. If positive, you are most probably pregnant.
