What can i use to relieve the rash and itch i have from some weeds i was pulling from my landscaping? i have no idea what weeds they are?

OTC hydrocortisone: To treat a mild contact dermatitis due to plants (including poison ivy) OTC topical hydrocortisone is usually sufficient. Make sure to wash all plant materials off your skin and clothing. Oral or topical antihistamines may help with itching. Failing all this, see a healthcare provider.
