About

Bio

Received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University and medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his residency at the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in South Bend, where he served as Chief Resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Zabukovic has served as medical director for Memorial Neighborhood Health Centers since 2006. He practices at both the Centennial Clinic and Central Clinic, located at the South Bend Center for the Homeless. He has special interest in children and adults with developmental disabilities, HIV medicine, and obstetrics. He performs numerous outpatient gynecologic procedures. Outside of medicine he enjoys basketball and hockey, classic cars and spending time with his family.
