Follliculitis/Yeast?: It needs to be examined and possible cultured for a diagnosis. A bacterial or fungal infection are possiblities. This could even be fungal infection with superimposed bacteria. It needs to be treated by doctor before it spreads. The longer there the harder it is to get a normal color.
