Pityriasis Rosea: Pityriasis Rosea Rash is a rash that starts on the trunk and spreads. This is one likely possibility. It is a very benign condition. The course of the rash however can be a bit prolonged 4-6 weeks. In some it can persist even longer, up to 3-4 months. A certain diagnosis would require an in person examination.
