Change how you think: 1) Redefine your idea of "early" and "late". 2) Keep in mind your goal for sleeping early (health, getting more time to think, etc.). 3) Determine when you want to get up. 4) Subtract 8 hours from when you want to get up to figure out when you ought to sleep. 5) Do something calming, like taking a shower. 6) Go to bed as soon as you feel tired. 7) Make it a habit to sleep and arise consistently.
