Nope: That condition requires surgical intervention by an oral surgeon. My daughter had this condition and had the surgery when she was 16 after extensive orthodontic work. Not only did it correct the condition, but it gave her great confidence. She didn't even need any pain meds other than Motrin.

Limited options: If your mandible is small, it is an anatomical condition. The mandible is usually positioned back so you may have a receded chin also. If the discrepancy is small sometimes braces can compensate. Some with this condition will jut their mandible forward to look more normal but this can lead to TMJ problems. Best to consult with oral & maxillofacial surgeon and/or an orthodontist.
