Are you diabetic?: if sugar is out of control you are prone to toe ulcers and other infections

Abscess: With an ulcer on your toe and multiple abscess one would be concerned about the possibility of diabetes. You gave us no medical history at all. You at least need to see a doctor to get the ulcer and abscess evaluated. The lymph node is likely secondary to the infection.

Probably not: You should have the ulcer treated by a podiatrist as well as having the other issues examined and treated.

Diabetes: Diabetic ulcers are usually non painful. Abceses are often caused by a bacteria named staph and I would advise to get them treated as soon as you can. I am not sure of a connection.
