Compliment fr friend: If you are the same height and weight you aren't bigger. However as we go through the years the body's proportions can change. Did your friend look the same after 2 years?

Height: No, after puberty is completed and the growth plate is closed no chance of becoming taller. maybe you are more muscular now?

Age: You did not grow as that stopped years ago. I bet if you compared pictures of yourself from 20 years to now you would see that your body has changed and you look bigger, Not to worry
