Yep: You have a conjunctivitis that is most likely viral and that is a lymph node. There are a few non viral causes of this that are pretty rare. Drops aren't helping because the drops are probably antibiotics and you don't have a bacterial infection. You can see an eyedoc about maybe getting a steroid drop or wait for it to get better in isually a week.

Not related.: The lump is likely a parotid tumor. See ENT surgeon. See the MD who prescribed the drops about the eye.

Head of condyle: The most common hard lump in front of the ear is the Head of the Condyle. If the lump moves when you open and close your mouth that would be the HOC. Growths can emanate in and around this area, Chondroma is one. If the area is the Con and tender see your dentist.

Possibly: Certsin external eye infections, most often viral, drain to the pre-auricular lymph nodes in front of the ear, so they could be related.
