Plasma cell: Hi, I believe we answered your question before and asked for more information including where this Plasma cell is coming from, blood? BM? LN? Also what is the result of your Antibody testing (UPEP/SPEP), then if you have Monocolonal Antibody of more than 3gram/dl then you have Smoldering Multiple Myeloma.

Smoldering Myeloma: They are watching carefully for the development of multiple myeloma in the future. CRAB is an mnemonic for myeloma symptoms: C: Calcium elevation R: Renal Failure A: Anemia B: Bone lesions For the diagnosis of multiple myeloma, you need: Plasma cells > 10% Monoclonal Protein to be detected Positive for one of the symptoms in CRAB So 15% plasma cell, but not crab would be smoldering myeloma.
