I have sciatica that won't seem to go away. how can i get rid of this lingering pain?

Proper evaluation: Sciatica could be cause by misaligned vertebras, disc protrusion, ligamentum flavum hypertrophy, spondylosis, etc. You need to have x-rays and maybe an MRI. Physical therapy is the main course of treatment.
