Your decision: Simtuzumab has shown some promise in reversing fibrosis yet as far as I know, this is a phase 2 trial (meaning we really don't know whether it works and/or what the side effects are in people). you need to talk to your physicians and get the full risk/benefit analysis. best of luck deciding.
