It will be healthful: Lowering sugar intake has many health benefits especially if you are over weight or have any lipid disorders. It will make you lose some weight and help your blood Insulin levels to remain normal and avoid causing lipid storage and raise your triglycerides which is a form of circulating fat...Which is harmful to your health.

Weight Loss: Cutting out sugar and starch is important due to the carbohydrates causing weight gain. Eating carbohydrates leads to the release of the fat-storage hormone insulin, which acts to remove nutrients from the bloodstream and store it as fat. Limiting sugar intake is a great starting point to start a weight loss process and boost overall health.
