Any lump/mass in the breast or in the armpit requires medical evaluation(yes it can be breast Cancer although most such lumps are benign).I would recommend that you get a medical checkup by your family doctor. He or she should follow it up with a diagnostic mammogram to rule out breast cancer. If there is any suspicion on the mammogram, an Ultrasound should be done. Any lump requires a biopsy.

Lymph nodes are a normal finding depending on your weight. The breast may be tender due to many causes as well as your breast increasing in size. Most breasts are tender due to fibrocystic changes. Arm and pectoral muscle exercise can cause tenderness. Consult with your PCP for examination and possibly a mammogram and or ultrasound.
