Omega6/omega3 ratio: The key is a proper ratio of omega 6 to omega 3. Most intake too much omega 6 fat and too little omega 3 fats.

Yes: Some OTC Fish oil tablets do have high Fat content which are not enough Omega 3/6. If you have prescription strength Fish oil like Lovaza, other fat content is minimal This does help bring down Triglycerides and LDL. Helps prevent the Plaqque build up in arteries.
