Cardiology: Yes, you should see a Cardiologist, discontinue any energy drinks, decongestants, coffee, tea, Moutain Dew or other stimulants for now. That is abnormally high for a resting heart rate. A Holter monitor or event monitor might be instructive. At least see your primary care physician for an EKG and advice. If you are overweight, then start a weight loss program with a reduced calorie diet as well.
