Scar Tissue: You had trauma at the site of the bite and scar tissue has formed and perhaps a blood vessel is visible under the skin. It is not likely ever going to cause a problem. You could see a dermatologist to get it removed, however scar tissue removal often leads to more scar tissue. New advances in laser technology may help you.
