Confidence: Displaying confidence is the most important part in standing up to bullies and getting them to stop the behavior. Eye contact is key, keeping your voice neutral and firm when telling them to stop, and walking away with your head held high, instead of looking embarrassed or ashamed. If you are confident, you're not an easy target.

Tell someone: Find someone you trust and say something. Keeping it inside does nothing. Depending on the context, find out what resources you have at your disposal to stop the bullying. DO NOT TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS.
