Might be best: If it is adult bullying, it is likely better to discuss with the person who is doing the bullying. Being adults, should likely be able to sit in a public environment and talk things through. What you see as bullying the other person may not see as such. People dont see the errors in their ways unless they are pointed out sometimes.

Be neutral but firm.: Bullying is a common problem. A child should be given support ; feel safe to talk to a trusted adult figure. If you are an adult, learn to stand up for yourself by saying no or setting limits w/ an unreasonable boss or co-worker. If you suffer retaliation, u can file a complaint w/ your local eeoc office. Most bullies feel insecure ; weak inside. Being neutral, firm ; assertive may help.

Tell someone: Find someone you trust and say something. Keeping it inside does nothing. Depending on the context, find out what resources you have at your disposal to stop the bullying.
