Find a really good : therapist to help you explore the reasons you allow others' negative behaviors to trigger your feelings of low self-worth. Rejection is part of life. Resiliency allows you to learn from it & move on. Report bullying to the authorities, as it is completely unacceptable. No one deserves to be bullied. Now that you're tired of being unhappy, I'll bet you can sort this out with professional help.

Tell someone: Find someone you trust and say something. Keeping it inside does nothing. Depending on the context, find out what resources you have at your disposal to stop the bullying. DO NOT TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS. Believe it or not, most bullies are about as insecure and full of self loathing as you say you are, however, it manifests itself as them taking out insecurity and rage on safe targets.
