Need more info: Fatigue, myalgia, arthritis could be a result of a rheumatic disorder such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Has nothing to do with your hysterectomy, although following your hysterectomy you might need estrogen. You need to see your primary care physician and have some blood work to include sed rate, RA titer, FANA as a screening
